"I recently had an accident where the other driver, who was at fault, did not have insurance. I went into the situation not knowing how the process worked and a bit flustered. The whole claims team was exceptional and made the process so easy and FAST that I felt like the hold up in the process. lol Brittany was especially helpful when I couldn't figure out how to upload a towing claim, not that the process was hard, I think I was just rattled. She also flagged my account and called to see if I wanted to suspend my policy since my car was totaled. I had not even thought of doing that. Adding my new car to the policy was fast and easy as well. Brittany had my new temp insurance card to me in minutes. I'm very impressed with State Farm and will always be with them. I cannot speak to their rates since I didn't/won't comparison shop (I've been with them for almost 30 years, starting out with renters insurance), but even IF State Farm's rates are a little higher, I would pay the extra for the type of service I always receive from them. Thank you, State Farm and everyone on the team!"
